Commercial Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Technology especially telecom, Banking, Oil and Gas experience highly desired
Building and maintaining relationships: Developing strong relationships with commercial clients is key to the job. This involves regularly interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and working to meet those needs.
Identifying opportunities: The <Commercial> Corporate Account Manager must understand the company's products or services and how they can benefit < delete commercial> clients. They should be able to identify new opportunities for the company to offer value to commercial clients.
Developing Sales <deleteAccount> plans: The Account Manager will create Sales < delete account> plans that outline the strategies for growing and retaining business with commercial clients. This may include developing and executing account plans, managing budgets, and identifying key performance indicators.
Providing excellent customer service: The Commercial Account Manager must ensure that clients receive exceptional customer service. This includes responding to inquiries promptly, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Coordinating with internal teams: The Commercial Account Manager must work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and practice development, to ensure that the company is delivering the best possible solutions to its commercial clients.
Negotiating contracts: The Commercial Account Manager will negotiate contracts with commercial clients, including pricing and terms of service.

Requirements:

Staying up-to-date on industry trends: The Account Manager should stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations that could impact the company's relationship with commercial clients.
Managing administrative tasks: The Account Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as tracking client activity, maintaining client records, and reporting on key metrics.
Other tasks to support:
Support events, including company-hosted events, client events, conferences
Conduct market research to understand demand and the competitive environment within the <delete agencies>
Manage departmental budget and expenditures
Oversee the department, including team management and mentorship
Report to senior leadership on a regular basis, with a strong focus on quantifiable results and return-on-investment
