Certified Project Manager with CSM, ITIL Certifications

Required Skills:

• Typically has seven (7) to 10 years of IT work experience, including five (5) or more years managing projects and experience with projects in multiple technologies and business.
• A bachelor’s from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or four (4) years of equivalent work experience is required. Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis when applicable.
• Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification
• Five (5) or more years managing successful, large-scale projects that include multiple diverse teams
• Five (5) or more years utilizing project software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira, etc. to track and maintain projects
• Five (5) or more years developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules based on work breakdown structures
• Five (5) or more years of experience with PMO methodologies and documentation
• Five (5) or more years of experience with meeting facilitation and documentation
• Five (5) or more years creating and presenting internal and external status reports
• Five (5) or more years of experience with risk and issue management
• Experience with completing project deliverables within the scope, schedule, costs, and quality constraints
• Ability to coordinate numerous project teams and effectively conduct the initiative to meet overall objectives
• Ability to provide effective communication and collaborative skills
• Experience working with ServiceNow and Docu-Sign software
• Certification in Agile or Scrum-based Project Management
• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Foundations Certified;
• Experience managing projects with a large, distributed user base;
• Experience managing both waterfall and agile projects (preference in waterfall);
• Experience with state government projects;
