The Primary job role is to migrate the data and prediction models from one big data model to another one. Also perform ad hoc statistical, data mining and exploratory analysis on complex business problems related to Billing call volumes reduction, customer experience enhancement and call deflection.
Find business insights and make recommendations to management.
Responsible for data gathering from various data sources, data ingestion, transformation, and aggregation. Handle different file formats and compression techniques.
Develop workflows, job dependencies, scripts.
Create data lakes, tables, schema.
Collaborate and work closely with team from prototype to model deployment.
Monitor Production flows, track jobs and optimization.

Research data to improve customer engagement. Finding and fixing customer pain points.
Research data to predict the probability of customer actions & looking at certain sentiment as well as behavior aspects of customers.

Ability to communicate results and progress internally and externally in meetings, presentations and technical talks.
Having knowledge in Telecom or Billing Domain is a PlusAdvanced degree in a quantitative discipline (like, mathematics, statistics, economics).
Must have prior hands-on experience in Hadoop, YARNs, MapReduce, HDFS, Sqoop, Oozie, Hive, NoSQLs, Unix scripting and scheduling, Scala, Spark, Kafka/Nifi, AWS experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Min 2 years management or equivalent knowledge experience
