Account Manager

PTP is a fast-growing system integrator that offers strategic Customer Experience (CX) solutions to our clients, specifically, Contact Center and CRM solutions.  We are looking for an Account Manager (AM) - Remote to help us expand solutions in existing accounts.  The AM would operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to identified accounts. Two primary goals consist of:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
  • Drive Revenue

  • Oversee a portfolio of existing PTP clients
  • Drive revenue in existing PTP clients
  • Develop and maintain trusted client relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Orchestrate the proposal development process
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Provide CX thought leadership around improved business solutions


  • 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years selling Contact Center or CRM solutions
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience with large Salesforce Service Cloud or Genesys contact center implementations
  • Experience selling professional services
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  •  Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Willing to travel, 30% at minimum
