We are looking to hire a full-time Office Assistant to support our Property Manager at an affordable housing community in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, coachable, and self-motivated. Though helpful, previous experience at a property management firm is not necessary.
Responsibilities:
- General reception duties (e.g. answering phones, directing calls to appropriate parties, greeting residents/vendors/etc.)
- Open and sort mail
- Process and upload bills and payables in Quickbooks
- Assist in maintaining resident files to ensure they are complete and accurate
- Maintain company files using MS SharePoint
- Maintain records of work order requests and unit turns using internal company database
- Input vendor invoices in our accounting software
- Support Property Manager as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in office or admin support
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and comfortable using a computer to routinely perform job functions.
- High School Degree
