We are seeking an experienced HR leader with extensive expertise in recruiting and retaining top-tier software developers and machine learning engineers. While the role encompasses general HR responsibilities, the primary focus is strategically scaling our software engineering and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain elite-level software development and machine learning talent.
Develop and manage effective recruiting pipelines utilizing various platforms, including professional networks, targeted outreach, employer branding, and talent communities.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings and candidate selection to onboarding and integration.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and engineering management to strengthen our employer brand, ensuring PrivateID is positioned as an attractive workplace for technical talent.
Advise executives on strategic HR issues, workforce planning, and market trends, providing actionable insights and guidance.
Manage essential HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, and professional development initiatives.
Coordinate internally with leadership and selected technical personnel to schedule interviews with potential candidates
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, specifically focused on recruiting and retaining highly specialized technical roles (software developers, machine learning engineers).
Proven track record in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies within rapidly evolving tech environments.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, basic employment law, compliance requirements, and talent management strategies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other employer branding platforms to scale HR functions efficiently.
Great writing skills and highly organized.
