What we are looking for
We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer with a deep expertise in Python and MLOps to take a leadership role within our technical team. In this pivotal position, you will mentor junior members, lead the enhancement of our backend solutions, and play a critical role in designing and maintaining robust, scalable system architectures. Your responsibilities will include integrating advanced CI/CD systems and driving client-focused projects forward. This role blends strategic insight with practical, hands-on skills to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our services. Additionally, you will contribute to the strategic direction and long-term growth of our team in a collaborative, remote work environment.
About the Role
Design and improve our DevOps/MLOps frameworks using open-source technologies.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver scalable backend solutions.
Own CI/CD design, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployment strategies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Ensure code quality and reliability through detailed code reviews and operational best practices.
Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies to strengthen system architecture and performance.
Troubleshoot production issues, manage cloud environments, and ensure high availability across platforms.
Mentor team members and contribute to long-term team and product strategy.
