Your mission?

As a Senior Security Operations Engineer, you will take the lead in defining and enforcing security-related requirements within our organization. You will be part of the Compliance & Security team and play an important role in securing the company’s environment, you will drive the strategic implementation and management of security tools and processes. Your primary focus will be on enhancing security monitoring by supporting the development of detection signatures for our SIEM (Google Chronicle and Wazuh). The service is provided 24/7.

You will be in charge of…

• Enhancing security monitoring by collaborating with Security, Support, Compliance, Legal, and business units.
• Assisting with Access Right Management design, documentation, and maintenance for the Internal IT Department.
• Reporting and investigating security incidents, participating in the Incident Response (IR) process.
• Maintaining security configuration policies and standards documentation.
• Supporting business continuity processes through documentation and testing of backups, replication, and infrastructure.
• Developing and implementing IR initiatives, including SIEM-related use cases, threat detection, and process automation.
• Coordinating and investigating critical security incidents, identifying threats, and providing remediation recommendations.
• Leading audit requests and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure compliance.
• Training the InfoSec team on incident response, log analysis, and cybersecurity measures, and providing feedback to improve detection rules.
• Designing procedures to detect threat actor behavior and serving as a technical resource for real-time vulnerability exercises.

What should you have to succeed?

• 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Security Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Google Chronicle and Wazuh, with experience in developing detection signatures.
• Experiences in Incident Response
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with other SIEM tools
• Knowledge of cloud security and modern cloud technologies
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CSA, OSCP or similar.
