Your mission?
Our ideal candidate is a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product roadmap. Salesforce and the user experience is very important for us; therefore, you should enjoy all the aspects of user management including support tickets, designing solutions, communicate with other stakeholders to capture workflows which demonstrate more complex setup.
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management, as well as communicating, prioritising and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate should be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to understand business processes across Sales, Customer and Support teams and enjoy working autonomously, as well as collaborating heavily with our Commercial and Operations teams.
You will be in charge of...
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Developer, Sandbox and Production environment management
- Identify unused or underutilised platform features
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation and perform mass-update/upload of records
- User support tickets submitted through Salesforce and maintaining the resolution within internal JIRA project, incl. technical documentation of the resolution
- Keen on documenting processes for the future use and troubleshooting
- Provide first level support, including issue identification and resolution/escalation
- Maintain data quality, supporting efforts including data uploading, record de-duplication
- Working with integrated applications including Mediafly, Altify, ZoomInfo, Loopio, G2 and others
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Custom objects and fields, formulas, validation rules, Flow automation, assignment rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Experience customizing apps, including page layouts, fields, tabs, business processes and Salesforce.com mobile app
- Support and guide internal teams for new features provided by Salesforce.com major releases
- Proactively highlight situations where basic functionalities are impacted by future releases and take action to sustain the operation
What should you have to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Min. 3 years of Salesforce.comadministration experience (mainly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and digital experience - Communities)
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a must, Consultant, Business Analyst or Advanced Admin certificates are welcomed
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
- Strong Salesforce administrative, configuration and reporting skills
- Designing scalable, best practice solutions
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Follow standard coding practices, keeping custom code organized, readable, maintainable, and well documented
- Translating requirements into technical solutions
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java script, XML, SQL, APEX, Visualforce, data import/export - CSV
- Well-rounded understanding of typical sales and customer processes and team structures
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Active in the Salesforce community
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo is welcomed
- Ability to effectively communicate with organizational personnel to define problems and present solutions at all levels of the organization
- Understanding the basics of SCRUM and Agile approach
- Self-starter, independent & capable of working on multiple tasks simultaneously without strong supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy, productivity, and time management
- Hands-on experience with other ERP/CRM systems, MS Office Suite, Confluence, JIRA is welcomed

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is 840 000 CZK – 1 080 000 CZK per year, with actual pay to be determined based on experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for bonus targeted at 10% of base salary, with actual payout to be determined in accordance with then-current variable pay policy(ies).
