QA Analyst (fluent English)

Your mission? 

You will help our project team to find all important bugs and risks throughout the development phase. It will be your job to ensure customers understand basic testing terminology and support their UAT testing.  

You will be in charge of…   

• Test analysis according to defined user stories and acceptance criteria 

• Creating the basic test documentation 

• Testing the solution according to prepared test documentation and project requirements 

• Bug reporting and bug retesting 

• Communication with the project team and customers in English while supporting them during UAT testing 

• Working within different time zones and providing remote support to our clients 

• You will cooperate with our internal QA Team, attend regular monthly meetings, share knowledge and best practices 

What should you have to succeed? 

• 3+ years of solid experience with test analysis and test execution on a commercial project 

• Ability to speak English fluently (written and communication skills at B2 level or higher are a must) 

• Analytical and critical thinking 

• Focus on details 

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and test management tools 

• Knowledge of  

• common test methodology 

• Practical understanding of testing during different phases of the development cycle 

• Willingness to share the knowledge with Project and QA Team 

• Experience with coding, test automation (Cypress), and integration testing is a big plus 

• Database knowledge is a big plus 

This would make it easier… 

• IT and pricing knowledge 

• CPQ experience 

• SaaS experience

• applicants need to have permission to live and work in the Czech Republic (we do not provide any assistance with work permit transcript) 

• we offer full-time employment contract (part-time or freelance cooperation is not possible for this role) 

• we are looking for people to work on-site after a lift of current restrictions (under normal circumstances, this role is not a remote one, although the home office is possible upon agreement) 

• we require a clean criminal record
