Product Designer - AI-Native

Product Design | Czech Republic | Full Time | From CZK 960 000 Kč to CZK 1 320 000 Kč per year

Job Description

Pricefx is the global leader in enterprise pricing intelligence. We help the world’s largest companies find and recover hidden margin, govern pricing decisions at scale, and turn insight into action across every deal, product, and customer.

Most companies make hundreds of thousands, or even millions, of pricing decisions every year, and small mistakes quietly drain millions in margin.

Pricefx helps companies find that hidden margin fast. Our Agents quickly identify where they’re losing money or missing growth opportunities and connect those actions to core price management and quote-to-cash processes to optimize value capture at scale.

Our product vision is: Every Deal. Priced Right. Every Time.

Your mission?

As a Product Designer you’ll craft experiences across defined product areas within a complex, enterprise-grade web application. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and beyond. You will independently own design work for clearly scoped problems, delivering high-quality solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

You will ensure that new and existing product experiences are intuitive, consistent, and well-considered. You will collect input from customers, internal teams, and in-app metrics to guide your decisions.

This role will provide real opportunities to grow your craft, deepen your product thinking, and be part of something genuinely new. PriceFx is going fully AI-native—including how our UX team works. If you’re curious about what it looks like to use LLMs as a true design partner (not just a shortcut), you’ll have the space and support to strengthen those muscles.

Your mission is to independently own design for clearly defined product problems—translating user needs, business goals, and system constraints into high-quality UX solutions.

You will identify and address UX gaps within your product area, work from requirements that are well-defined (and push back constructively when they’re not), and deliver design work that creates real value for users and the business.

You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, solution delivery, and support teams, acting as a reliable design partner and advocate for the user experience throughout the product lifecycle.

You will be in charge of...

  • Owning end-to-end design for scoped features and workflows, from discovery through delivery and iteration, including designing and prototyping AI-powered features
  • Planning and running usability testing independently, and applying findings to iterate on your designs
  • Translating clearly defined requirements into well-structured user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Delivering high-quality, consistent UX within your product area, anticipating edge cases, accessibility needs, and developer handoff requirements
  • Own a key process within our design system: gathering real-world usage patterns from the field and translating them into an up-to-date library of layout patterns and best practices — used by designers day-to-day and by AI tooling to generate consistent, on-brand implementation
  • Partnering with product managers to shape feature requirements and priorities through a strong UX perspective
  • Co-define UX strategy and product vision for your domain alongside product management — contributing to roadmap priorities, surfacing UX risks early, and helping ensure design perspective shapes what gets built, not just how it looks
  • Own UX metrics for your product area (e.g. task success rates, time-to-value, adoption of key workflows). Use these to evaluate design quality over time, identify friction, and run continuous improvement cycles grounded in evidence
  • Using qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., usability findings, usage analytics) to evaluate and improve designs over time
  • Contributing to design critiques, sharing learnings, and helping to raise quality across the team

🤖 A new way to design - and we’re figuring it out together

One of the most exciting things about joining PriceFx right now is that we’re genuinely reimagining how design work gets done.

We’re all-in on Claude. That means designers here get to work at the frontier of what AI-assisted design actually looks like in practice - not in theory. You’ll have real permission (and real encouragement) to explore: to prototype faster than you ever have, to synthesize research in minutes instead of days, to partner with engineers in new ways, and to spend your energy on the judgment and craft that only you can bring.

This is still new territory for everyone -and that’s the point. We’re looking for someone who finds that energizing. Here’s what working in an AI-native way looks like on this team:

  • Start with Claude, not a blank canvas. Use Claude to clarify problem statements, pressure-test requirements, surface edge cases, and draft initial thinking before moving into any design tool
  • Prototype with Claude Code and LLMs. Use Claude Code or similar tools to build interactive prototypes and test ideas quickly—before committing to Figma. Guide the AI on structure, behavior, and UX quality
  • Synthesize research faster. Use Claude to synthesize usability findings, cluster themes from interviews, and turn raw notes into actionable design directions
  • Partner with engineers differently. Use Claude Code to explore technical feasibility earlier and have more informed conversations about implementation tradeoffs
  • Iterate and edit designs with AI assistance. Use AI tools to generate copy variations, explore layout alternatives, and stress-test designs against real scenarios
  • Share what works. What’s working for you? Share it. As we build our AI-native practice together, your experiments and “wait, this is so much faster” moments help the whole team grow

What should you have to succeed?

  • 4+ years of relevant design experience
  • Solid experience designing complex digital products and systems, particularly enterprise or B2B web applications
  • Proven ability to independently own and deliver design solutions for clearly scoped problems
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to translate user needs and business goals into quality, well-reasoned design solutions
  • Solid product thinking skills, with the ability to connect user experience decisions to business outcomes
  • Strong experience designing interaction flows, information architecture, and reusable UI patterns
  • Demonstrated experience leading usability testing, including synthesizing insights into actionable design decisions
  • Ability to evaluate user experiences using both qualitative research and quantitative data
  • Experience owning or significantly contributing to a design system at a component and governance level — not just using one
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present, defend, and adapt design decisions based on feedback
  • A proactive, self-directed mindset with a track record of owning work through to delivery
  • A growth mindset, actively seeking feedback, expanding your skills, and looking for ways to improve how design work gets done
  • Active and curious use of Claude, ChatGPT, or other LLMs in your design workflow—not just awareness, but genuine practice. We want to see how AI shows up in how you work, not just what you know about it
  • Strong English, confident communicating with international stakeholders and customers

Location

  • Prague, Ostrava, Hradec Králové

Other job specifics...

  • Full-time employment, occasional travel
  • Candidate needs to have permission to live and work in the Czech Republic

🚨 Please note: to apply for this job, include your portfolio. Submit your latest case studies (last 2–3 years). It can be a PDF, link to a website, or anything your taste 😊
