Your Mission

Product Designers partner with product teams to transform complex business cases into easy-to-use, innovative, and cohesive user experiences that are meaningful to our audiences and deliver business value.

Pricefx's design team is currently made up of designers and design system engineers working together to unify and evolve our design practices and language that other colleagues leverage. More information can be found in a short video by Zdeněk, Senior UX Manager.

Product Designers also partner across the organization, including Product Owners, Engineers, Sales, and Content and Marketing Specialists, to scale exceptional experiences across web, CRM, and mobile platforms.

You will be in charge of…

• Make complex and functional, simple and delightful
  Product Designers at Pricefx leverage data, analyze, map, or empathize with users to understand and rethink the problem. Iteratively we review, validate and shape ideas to tackle complex B2B and Enterprise UX challenges with valuable impact to on our users and product direction.

• Evolve design system
  Although our design language may not be as mature as we aspire it to be, it plays a fundamental role already. Product Designers are instrumental in further evolution by creating the fundamental patterns, UI components, tools, and documentation that empower Pricefx's strategic design vision.

• Mature the design practice
  Revolutionizing design in B2B Pricing involves more than being holistic or detail detail-oriented. It entails product designers acting as evangelists, mentors, and active contributors to grow the design practice in the whole organization.

What should you have to succeed?

• To be a true team player
• Creativity
• Fluent in English (or conversational level)

Tools experience:

• Figma, MixPanel, Storybook
• Be familiar with MS Teams, Jira, Confluence
• And of course, whiteboards or paper and pen

Location

• Czech Republic (ideally Prague)
