Office & Community Manager

Your Mission?

In this role, you will make sure our offices run smoothly and that our workplace is friendly, welcoming, and engaging. You will take care of office operations, lead the global office team and company swag. You will manage internal events, and build communities that help people connect, work well together, and feel engaged at work. We have beautiful offices around the world, you can check one of them (our Prague headquarters) in this video.

You will be in charge of...

Global Office Management

• Lead global workplace operations, ensuring an exceptional employee experience and operational excellence
• In cooperation with Legal and People teams manage and optimize Lease contracts of all company properties and ensure health & safety compliance and secure workplace.
• Own and manage an office budget, optimizing costs while maintaining high standards of service and experience.
• Run the daily operations of all Pricefx offices with efficiency, design and implement operational improvements, leveraging tools and AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency.
• Ensure timely office supplies and well-functioning equipment.
• Coordinate travel, appointments, bookings, and other admin support.
• Support our leadership team and helping them focus on what matters most.

Community & Culture Leadership

• Create welcoming spaces — in the office, online, and at events — where people feel included and connected.
• Design and deliver company-wide events and activities, from leadership sessions and customer meetings to seasonal events.
• Lead CSR events and DEI programs and helping internal communities (e.g., Women’s Group) thrive.
• Partner with leadership and People team to align community initiatives with business objectives and employer branding goals.

Global Employee Branded Merchandise (“Swag”) Strategy

• Develop and manage the global swag strategy to reflect company culture, brand identity, and sustainability commitments.
• Oversee the full merchandise lifecycle — from design and vendor management to production and timely multi-regional distribution.
• Optimize processes and measure impact to ensure cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and positive effect on engagement, branding, and events

What should you have to succeed?

• Proven leadership in multi-regional office operations and community engagement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle both operational and event-related tasks.
• Experience with budget management and cost optimization.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and teams.
• Happy to help attitude is a must.
• Creativity, open-mindedness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent English and Czech or Slovak

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is 924 000 CZK – 1 092 000 CZK per year, with actual pay to be determined based on experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for bonus targeted at 15% of base salary, with actual payout to be determined in accordance with then-current variable pay policy(ies).
