Prewett Pest Control is seeking a Market Leader for its Gulf Coast operations, to manage and oversee the sales and service functions for the South Alabama & Gulf Coast market. This position requires someone who is self motivated, competitive, success driven and has a proven track record in leading a high performing sales and service organization. The Market Leader will play an integral role in growing PPC and its Gulf Coast operations from $4M to $25M in revenue by 2030. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day to day operations of the service footprint located in the Baldwin & Mobile counties
- Develop and execute expansion plans into other Gulf Coast markets
- Manage and oversee integration initiatives for mergers and acquisitions
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and growth initiatives
- Manage service center financial KPI's and profit & loss goals
- Oversee route planning optimization, inventory management, and implementation of field service protocols
- Create and communicate sales and service KPI's and progress on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to the service and sales teams
- Recruit, interview, hire and train field sales and service professionals
- Work closely with the sales team with goal setting, accountability, pipeline management, community involvement, referral marketing and participating in company hosted events
- Oversee a cross-sell program for existing customers
- Work with and facilitate membership and engagement with local chambers of commerce, realtor associations, home builder associations and other partnership organizations
- Travel to existing service centers in the market to oversee meetings and ongoing training
- Oversee ongoing technical training and education for termite and pest control programs
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in the pest control industry
- Extensive technical knowledge and experience in Integrated Pest Management
- Relevant experience leading and managing a successful sales and service organization
- Must be able to show a proven track record leading a team and growing a sales and service organization
- Licenses in pest, termite and mosquito are required (or should be obtained)
