Over the next five years, Prewett Pest Control intends to scale to $25M+ through disciplined organic growth and strategic acquisitions. We are now seeking a Director of Operations to help lead this next phase—building the operational infrastructure, leadership bench, and performance systems required to support responsible multi-market expansion.

The Role
The Director of Operations is a senior leadership position responsible for owning day-to-day operational execution across all branches. This role ensures consistency, efficiency, profitability, and service excellence while building the operational foundation required to scale a high-growth platform.
This is an opportunity for an experienced operations leader who has helped scale a larger organization and is motivated by the challenge of building and shaping a fast-growing company with significant runway ahead. The right leader will help transform a strong $4M foundation into a scalable $25M+ regional platform over the next five years.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily operations across all Prewett Pest Control branches
Ensure consistent service delivery, safety standards, and customer experience
Implement and refine SOPs across service, sales, scheduling, and customer care
Drive operational KPIs including revenue growth, margins, retention, and efficiency
Branch & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and operational leaders
Establish clear performance expectations, scorecards, and accountability rhythms
Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
Build a leadership bench capable of supporting continued expansion
Financial & Performance Management
Own branch-level P&L performance in partnership with executive leadership
Monitor labor efficiency, route density, service costs, and profitability
Identify and execute operational efficiency and margin-improvement initiatives
Support budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year growth planning
Systems, Process & Scale
Optimize field service operations, routing, scheduling, and CRM usage
Improve cross-functional workflows between operations, sales, and marketing
Lead operational readiness for new branches, tuck-in acquisitions, and market expansions
Build scalable systems designed to support growth from $4M to $25M+
Culture & Customer Experience
Reinforce Prewett Pest Control’s values, standards, and leadership expectations
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality remain best-in-class
Address escalations and operational challenges with professionalism and urgency

7+ years of senior operations leadership experience, preferably in pest control or home services
Proven experience managing multi-location operations
Strong understanding of P&L ownership and operational KPIs
Track record of building teams, systems, and accountability
Experience supporting growth initiatives, acquisitions, or market expansion is a plus
Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
