Responsibilities include:

  • Perform market analysis, identify areas of growth opportunity in new and existing accounts
  • Analyzes and report on sales and profit information for designated market
  • Develop and execute a sales plan with sales goals and strategies for meeting these goals
  • Meet goals and support company wide strategies developed by management team
  • Participates in hiring decisions for designated market team
  • Train, manage and provide continual development to members of team, helping them to realize potential
  • Maintain high team morale and motivate team members
  • Foster long-term relationships and contracts with major accounts
  • Assists marketing efforts through attendance and participation in trade shows and sales events
  • Performs needs analysis for clients and provides consultation and recommended solutions
  • Designs, develops, and quotes audiovisual systems that best fit client needs and budget
  • Conducts on-site client meetings, presentations, training and product demonstrations
  • Follows up on proposals and close deals
  • Maintains customer relationships through complete account management of existing accounts
  • Conducts technical research in order to provide customers with the most up-to-date solutions
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance in office (and off-site as scheduled)
  • Comply with all company policies and procedure

Minimum Requirements:

  • Four year college degree

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Selling skills (ability to identify, develop, and articulate solutions through consultative selling approach)

  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to quickly grasp technical concepts

  • Must be highly motivated and self-driven to achieve goals

  • PC literacy to include Microsoft Office applications

  • Must possess strong organizational, efficiency, and detail-oriented skill sets

  • Professional presentation and demeanor
