VP Sales, East

Sales | Remote US in NYC | Full Time | From $300,000 to $370,000 per year

ShareThis, a Predactiv Company, is the world's first-ever sharing intelligence company and provides sharing and content engagement tools to over 3 million publishers. We have a massive amount of consumer data providing us with a unique asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue performance for an assigned region. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that aligns with company-wide goals, and meet or exceed regional revenue, bookings, and pipeline targets.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a regional team of sellers as a player/coach; recruit top talent, set quotas, and build a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts within the region, growing revenue and selling Predactiv to agencies, brands, and partners.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and partners across the region (junior to C-level, and across Business Development, Data, Product, and Client Services).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure a well-managed process for prospecting and closing new business.
  • Serve as a regional thought leader, articulating client and market needs back to internal teams to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience in AdTech, with 5+ years in a sales leadership or people-management role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas and growing a regional or territory book of business.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising, agency & data landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing sales teams as a player/coach.
  • Experience owning a sales forecast and applying disciplined pipeline management, account planning, and forecasting practices.
  • Excellent executive presence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate organizations from junior to C-level.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
