Post Investment Group (“Post”) is a Beverly Hills, California based holding company with a diverse set of business interests. As a vertically integrated company, we have an operations team with in-house legal, accounting, finance, technology, marketing, and human resource capabilities. Our business interests are predominantly focused in the following areas: Real Estate, Real Estate Services, Health and Wellness, franchising, and Consumer Products.

 Position Overview

 As the Chief of Staff, you will work directly for the CEO and closely with our executive leadership team to help grow, scale and run the day-to-day operations more effectively at Post Investment Group. You will have a seat at the table in this role and will have an opportunity to make an immediate impact on Post productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing communication objectives and project managing key projects, driving both the strategic vision and project execution. This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence. You will be entrusted with an incredible amount of responsibility on company-critical initiatives. You will be the right hand of the CEO and help to execute on all major company priorities.

 This role will work collaboratively and in close partnership with other key stakeholders of the leadership team, including the CEO, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, SVP Human Resources, and all Company Operational and Executive Leads.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage projects for the CEO, ensuring deadlines are hit and appropriate steps taken. Help keep the CEO on track, regularly report status, and help lighten his workload.
    • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership.
    • Identify and own key projects to drive operational maturity at Post in partnership with the CEO.
    • Join business-related calls, take thorough notes, and participate in next steps and action items.
    • Serve as the organizational “glue” – connecting, onboarding, and supporting the growth of leadership and integration efforts.
    • Prepare and execute all executive materials and presentations, including support for investor relations and raising capital.
    • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making and initiative implementation.
    • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
    • Define new operational strategies, working with the CEO and executives on special projects.
    • Develop agendas and materials for executive meetings; track next steps and follow-ups to completion.
    • Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO and act as a representative when required.
    • Manage internal change-management.
    • Conduct market research and analysis with an eye towards growth and expansion.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.  MBA a plus.
    • 3+ years of experience in a top tier management consultant firm; Industry experience preferred.
    • Private equity, investment banking or venture capital experience a plus.
    • Open to experience from all industries however early stage and high growth companies are a plus.
    • Experience working with and influencing C-level executives.
    • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
