We are expanding—and we are in search of a proficient Project Manager to assist in leading and coordinating projects from inception to completion.

About the Job

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all facets of assigned glass manufacturing and installation projects, ensuring their completion on schedule, within scope, and within budget. This position will act as a vital liaison among clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors to guarantee smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage glass-related projects from initiation through delivery and installation
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate across various departments including design, production, logistics, and installation teams
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing any issues and delays
  • Ensure that quality standards and safety regulations are upheld
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to management and stakeholders
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and apply lessons learned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in manufacturing, glass, construction, or a related industry\
  • Strong understanding of production and installation processes
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
  • Capability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • PMP certification is advantageous
