Job Description

Backed by, GGVC and Tandem Entrepreneurs, PlayHaven is fast-growing and offers a lifetime value maximization platform that mobile game developers can use to better acquire, understand, and intelligently engage and monetize their users.

  • Assist developers in using our product with an emphasis on optimal efficiency
  • Ensure developer success by managing support tickets from triage to resolution
  • Assist in writing technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot potential system or integration bugs
  • Serve as the liaison between the client and Product and Engineering team
  • A strong interest in programming
  • Understands RESTful APIs or willing to learn
  • Excellent communication skills in English, particularly written communication
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • A desire to learn rapidly in a fast paced environment
Desired Skills:
  • iOS or Android programming experience
  • Python programming experience
  • Previous support experience
  • Previous experience with mobile gaming
  • Unity Programming experience preferred but not required
  • Big plus for fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and/or Japanese
