Art Producer

Pixelberry Studios is looking for an Art Producer (Mid to Senior level) to assist the team in creating content for our next exciting project.
With frequent releases to coordinate across several interactive narrative games, the Art Producer should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced & creatively-driven environment. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly-organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable with production pipelines of the gaming industry, has a keen eye for artistic details, and has outsourcing partnership experience.
This is a full time position based in Mountain View, CA. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the team is currently working remotely until the studio finalizes plans to eventually work on-site.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create art requests that are in line with the genre of the product, collaborating with writers and the art director (knowledge of current fashion trends is a plus)
Work as a point of contact between writing and art teams to solicit content feedback
Work as a point of contact between internal teams and outsourcing partners to create art assets for the product
Provide helpful feedback at all stages to make sure the finished product hits the right quality bar and is consistent with requested styles
Organize art content dates while making sure assets are properly tracked in a pipeline
Independently own budgets and external vendor relationships, craft and inform SOW’s
Establish, create, improve processes to help the art team run efficiently and smoothly
Mitigate conflicts and solve problems when issues are brought up
REQUIREMENTS
3+years of experience managing creative production in games or similar
Experience driving production process and shipping multiple projects
Previous experience managing external vendors
Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate and resolve conflicts among teams
Strong organizational skills
Understanding of traditional art principles and theory, ability to work in multiple styles
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop
Familiarity with production toolsets (e.g. Google suite, Jira, Asana, etc.)
Self-starter attitude

Experience with narrative gaming content
Previous management experience of small to midsize teams
Established network of outsourcing partners
Experience with community engagement
Defined and built production pipeline for new projects in the creative department
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, 3D software
