As Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the entire product life-cycle.  We want you to be instrumental in not only delivering results, but contributing to the overall strategy and vision behind everything we do!

The successful candidate must possess outstanding leadership, solid communication skills, a demonstrated aptitude for project management, be capable of constructing and executing product development plans while having a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver.

As a vital team member, you will help document and articulate the product vision and objectives in a way that everyone can understand. At the end of the day you will roll up your sleeves and deliver status updates that are both qualitative and quantitative such that all levels of the organization would understand.


Main Accountabilities

  • Help define and ultimately document the overall category strategy and roadmap

  • Define project objectives, resource requirements, budgets, schedules and other deliverables

  • Develop or support the creation of complete project plans including all related documentation and milestone definition

  • Maintain an expert level understanding of the automotive industry

  • Champion projects, roadmaps and other documentation internally and externally
    (when appropriate)

  • Develop and deliver status reports that are both qualitative and quantitative on an agreed to frequency with other team members

  • Be an expert with respect to what the competition is doing

  • Perform product demos

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years work experience in a product management capacity

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • Proven, multi-faceted knowledge of automotive industry

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Some experience in digital media, SEO and/or digital content production

  • Some experience in online marketing, sales or market/competitive intelligence

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

  • A self-starter who’s able to break through barriers to find the right, sometimes unobvious, path

  • Expert ability in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

  • Experience with Google Analytics

  • Willing to do whatever it takes to deliver success!
