The Position

To support our expansion, we are hiring an experienced Recruiter to help us grow our team. With your successful track record as a full-cycle recruiter, you’ll be able to hit the ground running in our fast-paced, startup environment, using your networks and other recruiting tools to identify, attract, and help select talented individuals who embody what Pepper Foster is all about. You’ll utilize your experience hiring professional services staff while bringing a proactive, self-starting approach to your work, building, organizing and improving processes while keeping a focus on providing a fantastic experience to all of our candidates. As a Recruiter, you understand that this is all about building relationships while achieving long term results.

What We’ve Gotta Have

  • Close to our Minneapolis office

  • 2+ years’ recruiting experience, managing the full lifecycle of recruiting (strategy, sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection) including process development

  • Experience using recruiting tools including applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, along with a variety of social media outlets.

  • Proven success filling positions quickly, with a focus on time to fill, candidate experience, and hiring team satisfaction.

  • Experience with and excitement about working in fast-paced small team environment (preferably combination of startup and midsize).

  • Understanding of how professional services / consulting business models work.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience recruiting for a professional services / consulting firm.

  • Startup and/or small company experience preferred.
