We are currently serving clients in Minneapolis, St. Paul, New York City, Chicago, Denver, Portland, and Washington. Founded in 2015, our consultants have been trusted to advise, elaborate, and lead the strategy, analysis, and execution of a host of mission-critical initiatives and projects for our clients. Pepper Foster’s projects have included helping our clients to:
Develop their business strategy or refresh an existing strategy,
Translate business strategy into manageable projects for execution,
Assist in the assessment, selection and implementation of new enterprise software or applications,
Identify and/or deliver major new products, services and revenue streams,
Identify cost savings and revenue opportunities,
Define process and productivity improvements,
Serve as our clients “Other A-Team” when the existing leadership is maxxed out.

Elaborate concepts and strategies

With your strong reputation based on trust and delivering on your promises, you’ll hit the ground running with Pepper Foster, using your established consulting skills to deliver solutions that really make a difference for our clients, teams, and community.
Live in the Twin Cities or surrounding community
Experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Product Owner
Respected and well-liked leader of teams, practices and complex consulting projects
Track record of consistently and successfully delivering complex consulting projects
Establish trusted advisor relationships with the clients you serve, and maintain ongoing trusted advisor relationships with several past clients
4-8 years of relevant work experience
Desire to make a difference for your clients, team and community
History of putting the needs of the others ahead of your own
Bonus Points For
Prior experience as a Project Manager, Agile Product Owner, or Change Management experience
Agile or Change Management Certifications, PMP
Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, Visio, Smartsheet
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Prior Consulting experience and/or small company experience
