To support our growth in Minneapolis - St. Paul, we are hiring sales professionals that can assist our current Business Development team with growing our Presence in the Twin Cities.The ideal candidates for this role will have a network of existing clients that see them as a trusted partner or advisor that welcomes that chance to work with them in their new Sales role at Pepper Foster. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Introducing your current network to Pepper Foster Consulting and our services,
Prospecting with Former Clients and Potential Target Accounts to explore their Business Needs that can be filled by Consulting opportunities,
Setting up Introductory Meetings with Clients to introduce them to Pepper Foster Consulting,
Working with our Leadership team to explore Client needs and qualify opportunities,
Maintaining frequent touchpoints with your prospecting base,
Sharing your pipeline of forecasted opportunities with Business Development and Office leadership,
Developing proposals and Sales Decks as appropriate for Client meetings,
Sharing weekly updates on business development activities,
Translating the opportunity into a Sale,
Getting to know our consulting team and their super powers, and much more.

What Would be Ideal
Experience selling consulting and/or professional services projects in the Twin Cities
Relationships with a variety of Client sizes from $100 million annual revenue through Fortune 500
What We’ve Gotta Have
Sales experience using a consultative sales approach.
A strong network of established local client relationships including deep trusted advisor/supplier relationships with proven buyers in the Twin Cities
Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts from an initial prospect through close
Bonus Points For
Involvement in local community organizations, teams, or boards
Being Local to the MSP and surrounding areas
