The Position

To support our growth, we are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager with demonstrated success selling professional services to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead our sales efforts - creating and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, identifying consulting solutions based on their needs and challenges, and working with our consultants to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.  With your strong reputation in the Minneapolis-St. Paul business community based on a network you built on trust and delivering on your promises, you’ll hit the ground running with a team of Pepper Foster consultants to deliver on your network’s needs. In this role you will sell multiple six figure projects annually, while making a difference for your clients, your teams, and your community.

What We’ve Gotta Have

  • 7+  years’ overall sales experience using a consultative sales approach.

  • 2+ years’ experience selling consulting and/or professional services projects.

  • Strong local network of established client relationships. 

Bonus Points For

Startup and/or small company experience.

Involvement in local community organizations, teams, and/or boards

Resident of Minneapolis-St. Paul or the surrounding communities
