Develop their business strategy or refresh an existing strategy,
Translate business strategy into manageable projects for execution,
Assist in the assessment, selection and implementation of new enterprise software or applications,
Identify and/or deliver major new products, services and revenue streams,
Identify cost savings and revenue opportunities,
Define process and productivity improvements,
Serve as our clients “Other A-Team” when the existing leadership is maxxed out.

To support our growth, we are hiring an Associate Consultant with demonstrated success and potential to make a difference for clients. In this role, you’ll work with our clients and Pepper Foster teammates to:
Conduct client current state assessment interviews
Document interviews Coordinate project delivery process
Develop presentations as visual findings
Assist in the facilitation of workshops, meetings, deliverable creation, and project progress reporting
Develop AS-IS and TO-BE processes as appropriate
Gather and define both functional and technical requirements
Develop use cases and User stories
Conduct data analysis and use insights to develop solutions
With strong listening abilities and a desire to understand the client environment coupled with your high level of integrity, you will build relationships based on trust and deliver on your promises. You’ll hit the ground running with Pepper Foster, using your talent and ability to learn new skills extremely rapidly, to quickly contribute in the delivery of solutions that really make a difference for our clients, teams, and community.
Live in the Twin Cities or surrounding community
Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Product Owner
Respected and well-liked team member who can work with all levels within a company
Track record of consistently performing well on complex projects and on multiple, concurrent projects
Established yourself as a ‘safe pair of hands’ who can be trusted to get things done well with little or no oversight
2-4 years of relevant work experience and/or internships
Desire to make a difference for your clients, team and community
History of putting the needs of the others ahead of your own
Bonus Points For
Prior experience as a Project Coordinator, Agile Product Owner, or Change Management experience or certifications
Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Visio, Smartsheet
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Prior Consulting experience and/or small company experience
