The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Measures Nurse to join our capable team of health professionals. This position requires a proactive healthcare professional with a knack for ensuring clinical quality measures are sustained and monitored to ensure premier patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring clinical quality measures are sustained through monitoring and assessment.
  • Supervising evidence-based practices across healthcare services to improve patient outcomes.
  • Implementing and maintaining quality improvement initiatives.
  • Providing training to other personnel regarding clinical quality measures.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to establish treatment plans that align with clinical quality measures.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree along with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Measures Nurse or similar role in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to educate others.
  • Detail-oriented with proven analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with digital health records systems.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Proven team player with exceptional communication skills.
