HR Administration Expert

Job Description

Intro

We are looking for an HR Administration Expert to support our Human Resources function. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main responsibilities include overseeing budget and payroll processes, implementing company policies and maintaining internal HR systems. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
More specifically the HR Administration Expert will:

  • Organize and maintain employment records and update internal databases

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides

  • Revise company policies

  • Screen CVs and arrange interviews

  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance

  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

  • Assist in payroll process by providing relevant employee information

  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms

  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

  • Take care of office management related tasks

About You:

You will be a perfect fit if you have:

  • 2-3 years of proven work experience in similar roles

  • Experience with HRIS/HRMS, particularly Bamboo.HR

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Google suite, Dropbox)

  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws

  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

  • Email and in-person communication skills

  • Msc in Human Resources or relevant field

  • Experience in Tech/Startup companies will be considered as an asset
