About You:

You will be a perfect fit if you have:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  • English native speaker/ bilingual

  • Track record of over-achieving quota

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Drive to go above and beyond to solve customer problems

  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

  • Tenacity, drive and determination

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

  • University  degree
