About the role

As a key member of our marketing team, you will work with the Director of Brand Marketing to boost awareness of PeoplePerHour and increase customer engagement. You will own all content creation: from blog posts, website pages, e-mails to case studies whilst thinking how to maximize distribution through owned and earned channels and drive awareness through content.

To be successful in this role, you need to live and breathe the brand, champion our tone of voice, and be dedicated to building and engaging with our community. What you will focus on:

  • Developing and launching the content hub for PeoplePerHour’

  • Owning, creating & managing the content calendar

  • Analysing customer insights, use competitor research and industry trends to create genuinely insightful and valuable pieces of content for our blog, CRM, social media, SEO and B2B

  • Developing ideas for social media/community engagement and turn them into unique storytelling campaigns that will inspire our target audiences

  • Copywriting for emails, blog posts, product descriptions, web pages and campaign and ensuring it is keyword optimized for SEO and that all content goes live on time

  • Spreading your content far and wide using current channels and introducing new ones

  • Analysing, reviewing and reporting on effectiveness of content to maximize results

 

About You

Ideally you’ll have:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in content marketing management

  • Experience with social media/community engagement

  • Impeccable copywriting skills and experience of delivering content across various channels

  • A natural sense for creative thinking

  • Knowledge in creating SEO focused and link building content

And you’ll be:

  • Curious, a fast-learner, with a fearless attitude and a passion for storytelling

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; must be a team player.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Written for tech/SaaS/B2B

  • Enthusiasm for ever-evolving social media trends, and the digital marketing landscape at large
