Our Tools

We constantly use bleeding edge technology and at the same time, we endorse experimentation. Our internal monitoring systems make sure all our experiments are performed in isolation so hey, go nuts!

  • Our web app is in ReactJS using Redux and supported by NodeJS
  • Our Back end is in PHP using Yii, Laravel, and lumen
  • We use React Native for our mobile app
  • All our apps are dockerized
  • Our servers work on Kubernetes - the master of the universe!
  • We like micro-services.  It is our way to move from a legacy monolith to a Services Oriented Architecture and to modernize our stack
  • We like server fewer technologies even more
  • We use databases of all sorts to suit our needs: MySQL, Aurora, Elastic Search, Redis, DynamoDB
  • Data Science is our way to the future! Our projects run on Java and Python and also consume a number of third-party tools!

About the role

We are looking for a BI/ Marketing Analyst to join our team in Athens, who’ll research and identify ways to build our brand, acquire new clients and reengage the existing ones.

BI/Marketing Analyst will work closely with the BI analyst and the performance marketing team in order to optimize the Ad words and other performance marketing accounts. You will get involved across many facets of the business where analysis is needed, and communicate your findings to others.


What you will focus on

  • Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
  • Measure the ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement
  • Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
  • Recommend website and campaign optimizations
  • Summarise and present findings
  • Analyze data to answer ad-hoc business questions. Produce and distribute ad hoc reporting as needed

About you

  • You act like an owner and are selfless while being accountable and goal oriented

Ideally, you'll have

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role, preferably in a marketing agency
  • Expertise in Google Analytics
  • In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
  • Experience with PPC campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with an ability to manage time, priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Analytical abilities
  • BSc in Statistics/Mathematics/Engineering or other relevant fields


Bonus points if you know

  • SQL
  • Periscope (or other BI tool)
  • R/Python
