Come join our 2025 summer internship cohort! We are looking for interns for our HR, Marketing, and Accounting / Finance departments. Interns will take part in 3+ month program where they will learn specific skills in their field and get exposure to People Driven Technology as a whole.

What You Would Do
  • Contribute to departmental tasks and projects aligned with your field of study, gaining hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of real-world applications in your area of interest.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to support the team’s objectives, developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills that will enhance your professional toolkit.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering your fresh perspective while learning from industry experts and refining your communication and collaboration skills.
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions as needed, building strong organizational and multitasking abilities that are crucial in any professional environment.
  • Collaborate with interns and staff on cross-functional projects, expanding your network and gaining insight into how different departments work together to achieve company-wide goals.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on project progress, strengthening your presentation skills and learning how to communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
What We Are Looking For
  • Currently enrolled in or completed a program relevant to desired internship (HR, Marketing, or Accounting / Finance).
  • Full-time 40hrs a week in person in our Byron Center office.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through involvement in extracurricular activities, clubs, or volunteer work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
