The Marketing Specialist & Office Ambassador is responsible for all local customer-facing activities and partner relationships as well as serving as the main point of contact for visitors, clients and employees in the Minneapolis region. This role plays an important part in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for team members and partners.

What You Would Do
  • Develop, plan and execute full-scale local marketing campaigns and events.
    • Partner with Digital Marketing Manager for all activity correspondence including but not limited to invitations, landing pages, social media, etc.)
    • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders with clarity and timeliness.
    • Coordinate invite distribution with local sales team.
    • Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues.
    • Accurately estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Track campaign and event expenses and ensure budget compliance.
    • Document all campaign and event details in the appropriate internal channels.
    • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Champion PDT focus and outcome paths.
  • Foster relationships with local sales team and OEM partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide Area Vice President and VP of Marketing with regular reports of field marketing activity.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they enter the office premises; directing visitors to the appropriate employees or meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals interacting with the office; addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all common areas including reception, meetings rooms, kitchen, etc.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory and equipment include kitchen and conference rooms.
  • Coordinate with maintenance or contractors for repairs and upkeep as needed.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings and gatherings.
  • Arrange catering services, set up meeting rooms and provide logistical support for events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Field marketing or Event Planning preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume and evolving work environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple changing priorities and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
