As the Logistics Specialist you would oversees logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring supply chain processes are efficient, accurate, cost-effective, and aligned with customer and organizational needs; This role would own the warehouse environment—including inventory control, organization, space utilization, safety compliance, and overall readiness to support the secure handling and storage of technology equipment. We are open to candidates interested in either a full-time or part-time role depending on experience and preference. In a full-time capacity, this role may also assume responsibility for facility upkeep and overall operational readiness of the office space. The Logistics Specialist also promotes a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while ensuring the timely receipt, distribution, and delivery of products and services.

What You Would Do (Full & Part-time)

  • Manage warehouse supply chain operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and season inventory operations while maintaining a 98-100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
  • Maintain daily warehouse cleanliness and oversee proper disposal and recycling of pallets, cardboard, and other materials in compliance with environmental and safety standards.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all shipping, customs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze current logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost savings by implementing best practices while optimizing warehouse organization, space utilization, and inventory flow.
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers, Inside Sales, and other internal employees to ensure seamless integration of logistics within broader company operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards including but not limited to forklift certifications, OSHA regulations, etc.
  • Manage equipment lifecycle processes, including recycling and disposition of retired or excess equipment in alignment with customer agreements and company policies.

What You Would Do Additionally (Full-time)

  • Act as Site Lead for building maintenance by proactively addressing necessary repairs and addressing after hour maintenance needs.
  • Managing vendors including but not limited to HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, etc.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and safety procedures including fire drills and emergency response.
  • Partner with Office Ambassador and HR in fostering excellent employee and guest experience.

What We Are Looking For (Full & Part-time)

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, transportation management systems).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking for Additionally (Full-time)

  • Experience with maintenance background preferred.
  • General Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection preferred.
