The Enterprise Architect - Security will partner with our sales team to drive security solution sales, working closely with clients to design and implement security architectures that safeguard their digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IT security and possess a deep understanding of security technologies, solutions, and best practices. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to articulate and architect complex security solutions.

What You Would Do
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and grow IT security sales by providing technical expertise and guidance during the sales cycle.
  • Design and architect security solutions for customers, aligning with their business needs and leveraging technologies from key partners such as Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Arctic Wolf, and others.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers, including C-level executives, to understand their security challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, solution demonstrations, and proof of concepts (PoCs) to showcase the value of our security solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, staying current with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to provide cutting-edge advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and post-sales, to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support for clients.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical inquiries from prospective clients, ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of presales processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and stay updated on their latest product offerings, roadmaps, and partner programs.
What We Are Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in IT security, with a strong focus on security architecture, solution design, and presales support.
  • Deep knowledge of security technologies and products from key OEMs, particularly Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Arctic Wolf, and other security vendors.
  • Proven experience in designing and architecting security solutions for medium to large enterprises, addressing areas such as network security, cloud security, endpoint protection, and incident response.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience conducting technical assessments, security evaluations, and risk analyses.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for clients.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
  • Experience with creating technical documentation, proposals, and responding to RFPs.
  • Relevant certifications in security technologies (e.g., Palo Alto PCNSE, Cisco CCIE Security, Arctic Wolf certifications) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in working with a fast-growing technology integrator or value-added reseller (VAR) environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud security solutions and services (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools in security environments preferred.
