The company is seeking to hire a full-time Business Development Manager, Service Offerings to support our sales team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the "As-a-Service" market.

  • Identify potential market segments, industries, and target customers where "As-a-Service" solutions can create value and address specific pain points.

  • Evaluate market demand and potential revenue opportunities for different "As-a-Service" offerings.

  • Business Development Strategy

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for the company's "As-a-Service" offerings.

  • Identify key target accounts and develop a sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives.

  • Partner and Client Relationship Management

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with technology providers, channel partners, and other relevant stakeholders in the "As-a-Service" ecosystem.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.

  • Collaborate with partners and clients to develop joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

  • Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Drive the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying opportunities, delivering compelling presentations, and closing deals.

  • Develop and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure successful partnerships and profitable revenue streams.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics.

  • Continuous Learning and Industry Expertise

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in "As-a-Service" offerings.

  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to build professional relationships and expand industry knowledge.

  • Continuously enhance your understanding of the company's offerings and value proposition to communicate with clients and partners effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the technology or cloud services industry.

  • Strong knowledge of "As-a-Service" models, such as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), etc.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
