About Us:

JetPens is a growing online retailer, specializing in premium writing instruments and office supplies. We have been featured in Wired, New York Times, and CNBC. We are looking for a content creator to support our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Film short- and long-form content for JetPens YouTube channel based on assigned scripts.
• Research best practices for short form content on social media channels including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Develop and implement JetPens branding for short-form content in the above channels.
• Come up with fresh and interesting ideas based on current trends.

Requirements:

• Exceptional copywriting, social media, and video production skills.
• Able to execute ideas quickly and have a results-driven and efficient workflow.
• Excellent communication skills and reliable team player.
• Capable of managing multiple competing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management ability.
• Passion for marketing communications.
• Bachelor's degree in a marketing- or communications-related Bachelor's degree.
• This is an on-site full-time only position. We are located in San Jose, CA.

Bonus Points:

• Professional experience filming short- and long-form video content.
• Good visual design skills and sensibilities.
• Passion for art materials and office supplies.
• Experience with Google Workspace applications.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere or Premiere Rush.

Hours & Pay:

• Salary range: $22-$29 / hour
• Business hours are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
