About Us:

JetPens is an online retailer, specializing in high-end pens & other writing instruments.   We have been featured in Wired, New York Times, CNBC, and Daring Fireball.  We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented individual as an Accounts Payable Associate.  

Responsibilities:

  •     Monitor invoices, create payments to vendors and ensure bills are paid in a timely manner
  •     Process employee payroll and track employee PTO requests

Requirements:

  •     BA/BS degree
  •     Strong numeracy
  •     Excellent attention to detail and very organized
  •     Trustworthy, good judgment, and ability to exercise discretion with confidential information
  •     Excellent oral and written communication skills
  •     Service oriented mindset

Hours & Pay:

  • This is a part-time position; 1 ~ 2 hours per day
  • Tasks must be done daily, but the hours are flexible in a day
  • Telecommuting is fine
  • Compensation: $17.00-20.00/hr, DOE
