Lead DevOps Engineer/Architect

But all of this is meaningless without great people. So right now we are looking for a hands on Lead DevOps Engineer/Architect that wants to own our scalability, security and stability, and build a new DevOps team for a rapidly growing SaaS company. 

How does this role contribute to the cause?
The heart of this role is coming up with improvements and ways to be more stable and reliable to enable us to continually  scale and rapidly grow. You’ll get to evangelize changes internally + externally while working to eliminate anything that could breed a silo. (Collaborate or Die)

Who will be successful in this role?
Someone with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science (or equivalent experience) with a solid grounding in computer science fundamentals. A system thinker with previous experience building and owning system reliability. An engineer who is comfortable in automating in multiple programing languages with deep knowledge in cloud infrastructure. A self-starter with the ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results.

Some of our wish list items include enhancing our CI/CD environment, enabling chaos testing, tuning our AWS instances, building out docker microservices, setup monitoring services, creating relevant tools, and automating everything that can be automated.
