Pathable provides a "virtual event platform", allowing conferences and trade shows to operate entirely online. Our clients are the producers of these conferences and trade shows.
We are a 100% remote company, so you are expected to work from home or a quiet, professional location of your choice.
Pathable is seeking an experienced graphic designer with a focus in digital and print design. We are looking for a creative mind who is dedicated to learning our brand and products and who can quickly and confidently produce exciting, impactful collateral. The Graphic Designer will work hand in hand with the VP of Marketing & Events to develop refreshing content and designs that define the brand, represent the product, and engage our audience.
We are looking for an innovative individual who is comfortable receiving guidance on the look/feel and overall design of a piece and who can own the production process by building the layout, creating custom graphics, choosing thoughtful imagery, and curating cohesive work. The Pathable Marketing Team approaches overall strategy from a team perspective. We believe that everyone's voice matters and find our efforts more successful working together. The designer should feel confident in their craft and be able to offer thoughtful suggestions and ideas based on their design and industry knowledge.
Pathable's number one priority is creating innovative communication and networking solutions for the event community. We strive for intentionality, convenience, and reliability - our collateral and design efforts should represent that as well! This is ideally a contract-to-hire role dependent on the relationship as well as the number of working hours.

Plans & Designs Visual Concepts & Marketing Collateral (Print & Digital)
Slide decks, Whitepapers, Case Studies, One-Sheets
Overall Business Brand Efforts
Website/Platform Design (basic eye for design & knowledge/use of content management tools)
Maintains Pathable Website
Keeps design elements up-to-do & suggests changes when we are in need of a refresh
Updates overall content (ex: new feature & iconography), maintains collateral & overall site structure
Assists with creating custom graphics for clients & internal needs
Translates team/client needs and branding strategies into design strategies
Produces pieces in a timely manner and can work under tight deadlines
Able to "touch up" day-to-day internal or external material that may need to be formatted or tightened
Email Marketing Blasts
Contributes to Marketing Team efforts
Able to distinguish/justify when to use certain design programs for specific projects
5+ Years Graphic Design Experience
Adobe Creative Suite Expert [primarily Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, & Photoshop]
Marketing/Advertising Industry Knowledge
Online or Digital Portfolio
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
An imaginative and thoughtful approach to you work
Bonus Points If:
HTML / CSS or website implementation experience
