Parkwood Clinic’s purpose is to reduce barriers for families to access high quality, comprehensive, speech and language therapy services.
Ways that Parkwood reduces barriers for families include:
- We accept a variety of insurance panels to reduce barriers for families to pay for services including Medicaid and OHP
- Currently provide skilled 1:1 service to clients in 5 locations
- Skilled, HIPAA compliant telehealth
- Collaborative model of treatment so that clients can work with more than one therapist
- Multiple specialties (feeding, adults, AAC, OMT, reading, gender affirming voice therapy)
- Data driven therapy model so that sessions are paid for families by insurance panels
- Advanced training for our team so they are looking through a skilled lens in their therapeutic approach

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an organized, driven, and personable individual to join our administrative team as a full-time, onsite Client Services Coordinator. The Client Services Coordinator will assist patients and families in a variety of crucial services, including:
- Existing client schedule changes/makeup appointments
- Coordinating new client recurring appointments
- Clinician schedule changes
- Managing the On Demand call list
- Ensuring a full advanced schedule
- Managing the clinic phone line and administrative email account
- Accurately reporting all client information according to patient confidentiality standards and HIPAA requirements
- Confirming patient's insurance information and collecting co-pays
- Interacting with clients and families as they enter, providing a warm, welcoming experience
- Full-time (36-40 hours/week)
- Flexible schedule (clinic hours M - F, 7:30am - 6:00pm)
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate supports our company’s purpose and wants to help us help more kids! Position requirements include:
- Prior administrative/scheduling experience in a clinical setting
- Exceptional customer service and active listening skills
- Close attention to detail
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Basic working knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
- High school diploma/GED required; Associates degree preferred
- Must pass full drug panel, including marijuana, and consent to a background check upon hire
- This is an in-person position. Employee is required to work onsite for all scheduled shifts, unless extenuating circumstances arise.
