The Project Manager is the lynchpin of the project. This position provides leadership for our contracts involving multiple client stakeholders, a multi-disciplinary internal team, and partner organizations. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a project by facilitating agile team processes, directing the work of integrated project teams, balancing multiple tasks, and ensuring transparency and communications with the client.
The PM directly contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost management, schedule estimation and tracking, project resource management, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, documentation, and quality assurance activities. This role ensures the proper performance of tasks necessary to provide the most efficient and effective execution of the contract.
Manage and lead delivery of all aspects of contract obligations and deliverables
Establish trusted client relationships and effectively manage client expectations with regards to budget, scope, and timing
Coordinate and manage relationships with partner organizations and all client stakeholders who are an integral part of the project
Foster a collaborative working environment within project teams that is based on mutual respect, trust, and a passion for quality and continual improvement
Integrate your projects with Pantheon project management processes and tools, and provide feedback for continual improvement
Be an active participant in the Pantheon PMO and roll up your sleeves to implement Change Requests!
7+ years’ experience in managing full lifecycle software projects
Experience with Agile and Scrum
Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Must be knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and SmartSheet
Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
Graduate Degree in Business or Technology
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
