Job Description:

Pantheon is looking for a Security Operations Manager to take responsibility for our managing security compliance across various client platforms including information privacy and security policies and procedures, platform configurations, and managing tickets for escalation, change control, and remediation.

Responsibilities:

• Security: Maintain and manage security policies, procedures, and implementation for HIPAA, FISMA Moderate, and SOC-2 compliance
• Communications and coordination: Work with Government and private sector clients to facilitate audits and attestations.
• Task Planning: Break down work into discrete tasks, plan, prioritize and sequence for implementation.
• Management: Review and prioritize tasks for direct reports daily. Maintain our Pantheon Way processes for internal IT, client technical operations, development operations, platform cost management, and security and privacy compliance and operations.
• Operations: Hands on management of AWS and Azure operating environments for Pantheon and its Commercial and Government clients.
• Problem Solving: Engage in active solutioning, problem solving, and escalation
• Business Development: Support operational and security compliance proposal responses

Requirements:

• CISSP certification or similar
• AWS and/or Azure Solution Architect Certifications
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Security Officer managing large government projects.
• Client facing communicator with an ability to effectively engage in a technical conversation and communication with external stakeholders oriented to maximize business value
• Technically oriented communicator with an ability to drive business value in technical solutions
• Able to communicate in person and in writing without relying on generative AI
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• United States citizen or permanent resident
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance and pass a background check
