About Pantheon

Pantheon proudly serves nonprofit, association, and government clients in the health care, education and social impact markets. Pantheon was founded in 1994 as an online consulting company and, over time, we’ve earned a reputation for our strategic, flexible approach and our passion for finding the online technology solutions that are best for our clients. While some technology companies merely address a client’s technical needs, we address technology as it relates to a client’s mission and goals.

We take great pride in our work and are driven by our belief in the vast potential of technology to solve real business problems and help organizations achieve their goals. Our management team has been applying online technology in business settings for almost as long as such technology has been in widespread use.

Along with our technology expertise, we bring to the table a deep knowledge of our client industries. This is knowledge we’ve gained over years of work within the healthcare, education and social impact industries. It’s one of the characteristics that sets us apart from other technology firms, and one that our clients value the most.

We have over 100 co-workers and a nice office in a great location: Clarendon, in the heart of Arlington, Virginia.

We believe in hiring extremely smart people, giving them aggressive goals, and then getting out of their way so they can achieve those goals. You will work hard, but you will be supported, and you will be compensated and appreciated for your work.
