Junior Accountant / FP&A w aptitude for financial software

 

About the Job

We are looking for someone who just recently started in the field of Finance, with a solid accounting degree, computer savviness and lots of ambition.

As you rotate between different roles to learn all the activities of PARC's Finance department, your responsibilities will include:

Provide financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects.

Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaids; analyzing and reconciling retainage and accounts payable ledgers; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.

Maintaining financial planning and analysis data, assisting in further development of FP&A tools and processes.

Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Accounting

Very good understanding of US GAAP

Expert Excel user, knowledge of SQL and corporate accounting systems
