Senior VP of Global Marketing

We move fast - this is an immediate opportunity for an SVP of Global Marketing.  We are looking for a leader who has experience implementing effective change, is passionate about developing and leading teams and knows how to navigate the seas of change. In this position you must be a highly collaborative, strategic leader willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.   

Our corporate office is in Tampa, FL – we prefer local candidates - will consider dynamic leadership anywhere on the east coast.

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Define marketing strategies to support OPSWAT’s corporate and global objectives. 

  • Create and meet market demands by collaborating with other departments on all GTM strategies. 

  • Ensure we identify and amplify OPSWAT’s unique voice. 

  • Develop our demand generation and digital marketing strategies. 

  • Lead OPSWATS efforts to turn the passive community into engaged followers, followers to loyal customers, and loyal customers to OPSWAT advocates. 

  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns. 

  • Develop user personas, messaging and positioning for OPSWAT’s products. 

 What We Need From You 

  • Proven experience leading a SaaS company through hyper growth as an SVP of Marketing or similar role. Security market experience and marketing to IT/Developer audiences is preferred, but not required. 

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of performance-based digital marketing, with demonstrated success creating highly efficient demand gen campaigns. 

  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies for high-performing marketing teams. 

  • The ability to work with multiple departments aligning teams around a vision 

  • Experience with HubSpot marketing automation (or other marketing automation products) and Salesforce.com platforms. 

  • Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability. 

  • Willingness to travel worldwide up to 15 – 20%
