Senior Director, Demand Generation and Digital Marketing

Job Description

Summary


We are looking for a leader of our demand generation and digital marketing team to help increase leads and pipeline across our global direct and channel sales organizations. You will help define our growth strategy, play a hands-on role building and executing high ROI programs, and provide coaching and mentoring to a global team of marketing professionals. This position reports to the CMO (based in San Francisco) and can be based anywhere in the US.  

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Develop the global demand generation and digital marketing program strategy, budget, and goals 

  • Build and manage global demand generation programs across all digital marketing channels – search, SEO, display, paid social, Amazon, AppExchange, content syndication, review sites, webinars, email 

  • Develop demand gen models to forecast and track MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and sales 

  • Provide regular reporting and KPI analysis via dashboards to support continuous ROI optimization 

  • Manage, mentor, and grow our demand generation teams located in the US and Taiwan 

  • Partner with OPSWAT Sales Managers and SDR Team to ensure alignment on lead volume and quality across solutions and geographies 

  • Partner with OPSWAT Product Marketing and Product Management to define the content required to support campaigns (white papers, videos, etc.) 

  • Partner with OPSWAT Business Operations to ensure tight linkages between HubSpot and Salesforce systems 

  • Manage external agencies as needed to supplement team skillset and bandwidth gaps 

  • Provide program and resource management oversight for all demand generation and digital marketing projects 

  • Manage HubSpot and other marketing automation tools 

  • Identify new tools and processes to continuously improve ROI, lead volume, pipeline generation, conversion rates, lead scoring, nurture programs 

 What We Need From You
 

  • 10+ years B2B demand generation and digital marketing leadership experience with a fast growing tech company - experience in the cybersecurity market is preferred 

  • Proven experience developing high ROI demand generation campaigns 

  • Extensive experience managing a wide range of digital marketing programs – search, display, paid social, ABM, predictive analytics 

  • Extensive experience managing a wide range of digital marketing tools - e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Navigator, Engagio, Datanyze, Bombora, A/B testing, form optimization, chat bots 

  • Extensive hands-on experience using Salesforce – Hubspot experience is preferred 

  • Excellent strategy and planning skills 

  • Excellent analytical and data analysis skills 

  • Excellent communication skills – writing and presentations 

  • Excellent project management skills and a high attention to detail 

  • Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability
