Sales Operations Manager

Job Description

The Position

OPSWAT is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to support our sales teams in the U.S. The ideal candidate will come from a technology sales background and have 7+ years of experience managing Sales Operations. This position will report to our Director of Sales and Business Operations and be an integral part of OPSWAT’s growth strategies.


What you will be doing:

  • Forecasting / Managing commit process
  • QBR Prep / Single view of the truth
  • Reporting
  • Defining and developing sales productivity metrics
  • Sales compensation modeling
  • Facilitating / monitoring / governing pipeline hygiene / deal quality reviews
  • Measuring order accuracy and confirms orders are in line with OPSWAT best practices and policy; margin percentages, discounts, and proper approvals
  • Data cleanup account maintenance, data governance
  • System and Process training
  • Sales on-boarding training
  • Sales Planning – Account planning
  • Act as a hub for cross-functional teams (including Sales, Product Management, Marketing) and facilitate collaboration towards achieving common goals and outcomes
  • Define and improve sales processes, ensure process consistency across team
  • Playing a role in Sales & Operations Planning
  • Act as a hub for cross-functional teams (including Sales, Product Management, Marketing) and facilitate collaboration towards achieving common goals and outcomes

 

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s in business or related field
  • 7+ Years Sales Operations experience in Technology sales
  • A self-motivator who thrives in a growing and unpredictable environment
  • Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies
  • Extensive knowledge of SFDC and experience with CRM systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A successful track record of working effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills
  • Meeting management and group process facilitation skills are required
