The Position


OPSWAT is seeking a HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes in our Ho Chi Minh City office which include C&B, talent acquisition and management, learning and development. The HR Manager also looks after office administration tasks to assure smooth daily operation. This position will report directly to General Manager of OPSWAT Vietnam with dotted line report to Director of Operations and Human Resources.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage all aspects of talent acquisition
    • Utilize existing and new methods for attracting and retaining talent
    • Organize talent acquisitin programs and events as needed
    • Drive and imprve interview process
    • On-bard new employees
  • Be responsible for developing, implementing and improving company’s HR processes, policies and practices
  • Work with Line Managers to proceed the periodic performance appraisal to probationers and ongoing employees
  • Work with Line Manager/ General Manager in relation to staff training and development, staff assessments and promotions
  • Conduct, provide suggestion and communicate with employees on compensation and benefit related practices
  • Nurture a happy, impressive, and effective working environment
  • Compose employee satisfaction surveys and interpret survey results to apply meaningful changes to workplace experience
  • Maintains effectively and accurately human resources documentation and records


Duties related to office administration

  • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage vendors/ suppliers & contracts for office needs
  • Responsible for office utilities, equipment… to assure good and convenient working environment
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Organize and manage employee outings, company trip & events


What We Need From You

  • 2+ years of experience in a HR, recruiting, or equivalent role
  • Sound knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and other local legislated regulations
  • Demonstrates maturity and ability to manage/engage the diversified workforce driving towards optimum results
  • To be capable of dealing with all levels of employees and stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail
  • Positive attitude  
  • Utmost professionalism in all correspondence
